Scott has more than 26 years of experience in the automotive repair industry and has built his reputation on delivering quality workmanship across collision repairs, cosmetic repairs, paintless dent removal and insurance repairs. His passion for the trade and commitment to doing every repair properly are the foundation of everything Elite stands for.

Kaitlin brings over 16 years of experience in business administration, customer service and operational management. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, including customer communication, insurance and fleet administration, accounts and workshop coordination. Her focus is ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth, transparent and stress-free repair experience from the initial enquiry through to vehicle collection.
